



housebites.com is a social dining platform that enables people to meet through dinner parties in the home. The platform offers a unique way of eating out and meeting new people, with hosts having the choice of holding a private party or inviting new people.
Guests who wish to attend a party can search by location and can view proposed menus before applying to attend. Hosts are given the opportunity to accept their guest based on a set of criteria. After eating, diners and cooks can stay in touch, rate their host and even compete to be the best chef or guest.
housebites.com enables hosts to request a charge to cover the cost of the meal. Alternatively, hosts can choose to donate the funds raised to charity.
